CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduling an appointment is the reservation of time put aside specifically for you, with the mutual understanding of the value of our shared time.
48 hours notice is always appreciated but 24hrs notice is required to cancel or change your appointment
If you are more than 15minutes late to your scheduled appointment, please understand your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the full fee.
Appointments start and finish when they are scheduled. If you show up late for an appointment, you are effectively reducing the amount of time you have booked. You will not be discounted for your services if you are late to your appointment.

ABOUT ME
I’ve been in private practice since 2006, working as a multi-modality holistic practitioner. I am a licensed massage therapist, herbalist, certified ayurvedic practitioner, craniosacral therapist, wellness coach, and most recently, a licensed esthetician and skincare formulator.
My extensive training and continued education include intra-oral (inside the mouth) massage and visceral manipulation (abdominal) work. I also have some limited training in somatic bodywork.
My path has led me in many directions, including a deepening into my own relationship with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. I’ve found that, even within healing spaces, we rarely find a space carved out to fit the whole shape of who we are, and how powerful it can be to offer that kind of space for people. I consider myself fortunate to have walked alongside those walking their healing journeys, becoming as much a part of their lives and stories as they have become part of mine.
